Special interest clubs

  • We form a closely-knit team, since we always follow the idea of exchanging experiences. One day, we noticed that some occupations had become infectious: going to the theatre had turned out to be catching, and the same was true for doing sports and discussing cinema. In this way, we have established the Paintball, Theatre, Swimming, Fitness and Film Clubs.

The Paintball Club, named Air Soft Gun, was established by fans of active relaxation, integration and good fun, who are bound by something more than company walls and common projects.

The Theatre Club gathered all admirers of this area of art, who tend to reflect on themselves and the surrounding people and like to share their impressions. In their colleagues’ opinion, what they have in common is also a still undiscovered stage talent.

The Swimming Club belongs simply to people improving their swimming style. For those less advanced, aqua-aerobic classes are also organised.

The Fitness Club brings together fans of sport exercises in a gym and common fitness exercises in a group of nice people, who have chosen a place located close to the company seat to avoid wasting time on commuting. Besides the gym and fitness, club members can also choose, among others, from spinning, squash and dancing, a climbing wall, and for relaxation – a salt grotto, sauna or yoga.

The Film Club was set up by lovers of quality cinema. It offers the possibility of co-financing cinema tickets or their purchase at prices negotiated by the Club’s Board. The Club’s plans also include establishing a club film library or partial financing of the costs of borrowing films from commercial establishments.

The clubs were established on the employees’ initiative, and are managed by the employees on their own. Part of the budget of each club is covered by the company funds, and employee boards make use of the possibility to negotiate agreements and to expand the scope of the clubs’ activity in line with the expectations and needs of their members.

When we meet, we rival with each other and help each other, we lead heated discussions and reach compromises, we enforce our own ideas and allow others to act. All in all, we generate good energy. And we are glad that we are the way we are. At work and after hours.

We think that this is not the end of ideas – we are waiting for yours!
