Sygnity has signed a cooperation agreement with Dell, a global manufacturer of computers and peripheral devices. The agreement envisages the implementation of common projects in the field of inter alia cloud-computing, mobile solutions and solutions designated for customers of the SMB sector. Within the framework of the partnership, the Sygnity Quatra applications designated for small and medium enterprises will be preinstalled on Dell computers sold in Poland. The agreement concluded refers also to foreign cooperation on the territory of the following countries: Poland, Baltic Sea countries, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Serbia and Croatia. According to the estimates of the Sygnity Management Board, the partnership concluded is going to generate the revenues amounting to PLN 50 million within two years.

In Q5 2011/2012 (Q1 2012), the Sygnity Group generated revenues in the amount of PLN 108 million, recorded an operating loss of PLN 3.5 million and a net loss in the amount of PLN 6.3 million. Despite the last few quarters ended up with a profit, this quarter was certainly not one of the best periods for the Sygnity Group.

Sygnity SA has launched cooperation with Oracle. As a result, all bookkeeping programmes under the Quatra brand, supporting the management of small and medium enterprises, use the Oracle database solutions.
