Our technical support  offices are located in ten Polish cities, and are available to our Customers 24h a day, 365 days a year. We guarantee a 4-hour repair time (SLA). 

 

The Customers are offered the full range of services guaranteeing smooth operation of their IT systems. We ensure full functionality of IT resources, both computer hardware and software and the IT infrastructure of the company. We possess a competence center for application and IT system support.

 

Our  technical support service management system allows for:
