Public employment services

Our offer of advanced applications addressed to public employment services includes:

  • SyriuszStd, which represents a basic IT tool supporting provision of services by district employment agencies, first of all to the unemployed and employers. SyriuszStd enables secure data exchange both with other applications used by public employment services and with IT tools used by other government departments and entities 
  • RIS (Polish acronym for Training Institutions Register) – application used for: submitting applications for entry in the Register in electronic form, registration and processing of the applications, printing notifications for institutions on the decision made by the office, recording training institutions, collecting historical data on training institutions, generating reports enabling legible data presentation 
  • ZC (Polish acronym for Foreigners’ Employment) – tool which facilitates processing of applications for issuance of work permits for foreigners in Poland
  • MZ (Polish acronym for Profession Monitoring) – basic source of information on the level and structure of unemployment, the applied active and passive programs for counteracting unemployment and relieving its negative effects, as well as on institutional support for the labour market
  • PSZ.eDok (Polish acronym for Electronic Document Flow) – product which helps order works involved in handling of cases processed in the office
  • SEPI (Polish acronym for Self-government Electronic Information Platform) – solution enabling electronic, unattended data exchange between labour market and social assistance units and Town and Commune Offices
  • AC (Polish acronym for Central Application) – central system gathering data on labour market beneficiaries 
  • ESP (Polish acronym for Electronic Inbox), which constitutes public means of communication for transmitting information in electronic form over commonly accessible ICT network 
  • infoKadra (Management Information System) – analytic and reporting tool for management staff in the public administration domain
