Application of the Fleet Management System enables you to build customers' loyalty and increase the effectiveness of their purchases

 

We offer a comprehensive solution which facilitates fleet card service. Introduction of the fleet service function is aimed at building up loyalty of institutional customers as regards a particular sales network established for a given product. Furthermore, this solution allows for application of discounts and non-cash settlement of transactions. 

 

The first step is to define one's own fleet, which takes place in the central system. Then trade agreements with fleet contractors are concluded. In such agreements terms and conditions (e.g. discounts, available limits and the contractor's obligations as to the volume of trade) are specified. Once the terms and conditions have been agreed upon, the so-called personalization of cards is performed. The process consists in physical preparation of cards to be delivered the customer and entering them into the system records. 

 

Owing to the fleet card program we are able to introduce the following regulations:

  • limiting the list of goods and services assigned to a given fleet card (such restrictions may vary for different customers, and these may be different for different cards belonging to one customer)
  • ability to dynamically adjust the level of rebates and discounts
  • introduction of a single purchase limit
  • introduction of interim limits - both in terms of value and quantity
  • introduction of a daily limit of visits at the petrol station (within the entire network)
  • opportunity to withdraw cash by the petrol station personnel in case of emergency

 

A fleet card is a chip card having a number of safeguards, including its PIN number and expiry date. All transactions are made using a PIN-Pad, with which the driver enters the PIN number. This procedure prevents unauthorized use of the card. Additionally, the card contains information about the daily limits assigned to a given customer, updated upon each transaction. 

 

Having one's own fleet facilitates also the management of GINs deliveries. Implementation of employees' own GIN card has been assumed. The process of card identification is the same as in case of own cards, but instead of a receipt a GIN document is generated, and consumption is not treated as a sale.
