How we work
In Sygnity you can work as you like. We do not impose limits, so you could choose to work remotely, hybrid or stationary. Our offices are located in 9 cities across Poland.
Teams
Our project teams are formed of people with diverse competencies (analysts, architects, programmers, testers) and with varying degrees of experience. We often work on a project from different locations, and we communicate using JIRA, Confluence, Teams. We support teams in their work providing appropriate tools, trainings, and work conditions.
Project management
We use extensive experience of specialists, implementing at the same time modern methods of project management. We run our projects in agile and traditional project management methods. We elaborate our own model, adjusting the way we work to the team’s needs in order to improve our workshop. We know that implementing agile methodologies is a long way and there is always something we can improve.
Technology
We create applications using a lot of proven and new solutions. We develop dynamically in advanced technologies, integrating them with a new and existing applications. We build systems with a complex architecture and on a large scale.
